Between 2006 and 2008 we built and operated our own network of anonymous web proxy sites, anchored by ProxyNodes.com. The network included, among others, MegaProxy, Alltheproxies.com and GoodWebProxy.com — all four are still online today — plus other domains from the same era (such as Meganod and SuperProxy) that changed ownership over the years, as tends to happen with domains over 15 years old.
Built with PHP and MySQL, each site gave users anonymous browsing through proxy servers.
