Custom Web Development

Custom systems for your company —CRMs, ERPs, internal portals and more— built around your actual processes: analysis, development, deployment and maintenance.

Every company reaches a point where spreadsheets, off-the-shelf software or systems patched together from different tools stop being enough. The real processes of a business — how an order gets approved, how departments coordinate, what specific rules apply to the industry — rarely fit neatly into a tool built for any company. Once that starts causing duplicated work, data-entry errors or dependence on the one person who knows how something is done, it is worth considering a system built specifically around those processes instead of continuing to adapt something that was never designed for them. Over time, that friction doesn't just cost hours: it also limits growth, since every new process becomes another patch on a foundation that was never built to support it.

A custom development project starts by understanding how the company works today: what steps each process follows, who is involved at each stage, and what information each department needs. From there we design and build the platform, deploy it to production, and continue supporting it with maintenance and improvements after launch. This can include admin panels with role-based permissions, multi-stage approval workflows, automatic report and document generation, access portals for clients or suppliers, custom-built client management systems (CRM) or enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), and generally any business-specific logic that off-the-shelf software doesn't cover. When the company already works with a system such as Odoo, Salesforce or Zoho, we also integrate the new platform with those tools instead of duplicating information. Unlike a generic platform, the system is designed exclusively for the company: no extra features that confuse the team, and no constraints from someone else's platform forcing them to work in a way that isn't their own.

For example, a distributor that currently coordinates orders through spreadsheets and WhatsApp messages could move to a system where sales reps place orders from their phone, the warehouse sees available stock in real time, and administration approves special payment terms without leaving the platform. A professional practice managing case files and legal deadlines across folders and loose documents could centralize everything in a panel with deadline alerts and per-client traceability, reducing the risk of something slipping through. A services company with multiple branches could centralize time tracking and receipt generation into a single system, instead of each branch keeping its own spreadsheet.

Technically, we build these platforms mainly on PHP and Laravel, with FilamentPHP for admin panels and MySQL or MariaDB databases. When the interface calls for it, we add JavaScript front ends — Vue, React or Alpine.js, depending on the project — and Redis for caching or job queues in high-load applications. Deployment runs on our own infrastructure or dedicated servers, with version control, staging environments separate from production, and ongoing evolutionary maintenance. Beyond the infrastructure, we deliver technical documentation and support the client's team through the adoption of the new system.
