A bespoke management platform for the day-to-day operation of RE/MAX offices: a CRM that unifies properties, agents, leads and training in a single system, synced with the RE/MAX network and built on Laravel with Filament panels for both administration and agents.
Core modules:
- Automatically scored leads: acquisition from Meta Ads campaigns, behavioural qualification and follow-up with WhatsApp templates, statuses and full per-agent traceability.
- Agent recruiting: a full pipeline with prospects, interviews, contact history and conversion.
- Internal academy: courses and lessons with individual progress, plus a system of expertise points, levels and badges that gamifies team training.
- White-label property sheets: automatically generated, share-ready sheets organised into collections with visit tracking.
- Office and agent rankings, settlements, and orchestrated automations (sync, large-scale queue processing and Telegram bot notifications).
A year of iterative development — from mid-2025 to mid-2026 — alongside real office operations: every module was born from a concrete team need and refined through daily use.
