Irish Hollow — Booking Platform

Irish Hollow Resort is a cottage resort in Galena, Illinois (USA). Between 2009 and 2023 I built and maintained its entire digital platform: it started with the first version of the public website, and from there I kept iterating across the whole operation of the business.

On the guest side: online booking, package and enhancement management (stay add-ons), an availability calendar, gift certificates, satisfaction surveys, a blog and a custom CMS so the team could manage all the content themselves.

On the internal side: a Laravel back office orchestrating reservations, calendars and the resort's daily processes — check-in and check-out, occupancy and guest communication. Integrated with Stripe for payments, Google Calendar and Analytics, and transactional email workflows.

Fourteen years of continuous iteration on a single business, following how its operation changed season after season.
