We combine deterministic flows — clear rules, predictable answers, verifiable steps — with language models where they add concrete value: interpreting inquiries, classifying messages, extracting data from documents.

The assistants operate on WhatsApp, web and email: they resolve frequent inquiries, record data in your systems and hand off to a human operator when the conversation requires it. Every interaction is logged and auditable: you know what the system answered, when and why.

For example, a real estate agency that receives dozens of daily inquiries about availability, pricing and viewings can resolve most of them automatically over WhatsApp, and hand off to a human agent only when the conversation moves toward an actual negotiation.

Technically, we integrate Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI models via API, orchestrated with agent frameworks such as OpenClaw and our own Python and Bash pipelines on Linux, with queues, monitoring, cost control and retries. The same flows have been operating our own platforms in production, with real traffic, for years.

On WhatsApp Business API specifically: product catalogs browsable from the chat, carts and conversational checkout, transactional notifications (orders, appointments, due dates) and support ticket automation with automatic classification and priority — all with hand-off to a human operator at any point in the conversation.
